  I personally had a bad fall at work approx 15 years ago falling about 5 ft landing on my Coccyx and from that point onwards I was continually in pain in my lower back around S1 and S2 and suffered with permanent sciatica, all the way down my left leg. An MRI SCAN confirmed that I had trapped a nerve and that there wasn't a lot they could do. I tried various treatments from Physio therapists, Bowen treatment and other chiropractors in town, but nothing seemed to work. The doctors had me on various pain killers but they just dulled the pain, the only relief I got was from after 45 mins to an hour of lying down. I even underwent a procedure at the spire hospital, where I had several nerves burnt to see if it would help along with spinal injections, but these made no difference.
  
  It was only after a trip down to The town of Bath for a weekend break, that after the drive home my back went into total spasm where I struggled to get out of the car and struggled to lay down or sleep.
  It was only after a friend recommended Gavin from Chiropractic First, that I went to see him primarily just to relief my back that was still in spasm 24 hours from me arriving home. After the first visit I was at least able to walk around the treatment room, still had the original complaint and associated pain, but was relieved that I could sit and lay down.
  
  On the second visit Gavin believed he could relieve me from the back pain I had been suffering with for ten years though it would tak 8-9 sessions. I have to be honest after spending a near fortune on other various treatments over the years I was sceptical and thought it impossible. However my wife convinced me to go for the full treatment and I am SO PLEASED that I did, it took 8 sessions of my spine being manipulated and after the 8th session I was pain free and have been ever since.
  I cannot thank Gavin enough, I take no pain killers as I am completely pain free, and visit the clinic every 6 months for a check up and treatment to ensure everything is ok as I would never want to experience the pain and discomfort again.
  
  If you are suffering anything skeletal, aches or pains and having to take pain killers don't suffer in silence, Pain killers only mask the pain, try Chiropractic First, they are 100% honest and will say if they can help you or not.
  
  I have been meaning to write this review for a while now to highlight how good Gavin and his team are and hopefully to let others out there who are suffering or in discomfort to give Chiropractic First a call.
